TERMS OF SALE
FAULTY
GOODS
Unfortunately
sometimes products fail through defects in the manufacturing process.
Should you believe your product to be faulty please return it to us
together with your receipt and we shall be pleased to examine it to confirm
the position.
Some
products, such as most fax machines, we sell with the benefit of a 12 month
on-site maintenance contract. In
these cases we ask that you contact the maintainer directly in the event of a
fault occurring.
In
the case of other products, if the fault is caused by a manufacturing defect,
and the product is within the guarantee period we shall be pleased to help on
the following basis- Within 1 calendar month of purchase – we offer either a replacement, repair or refund at the customer’s discretion. More than 1 calendar month of purchase – we will replace or repair at our discretion.
You are reminded that damage to luggage in transit is not normally covered by the guarantee – you should always inspect your baggage on arrival at the airport and immediately notify the carrier of any damage so that they may deal directly with your claim.

NOT WANTED
If you have purchased an item and subsequently decide that it is not what you wanted, then subject to certain exceptions stated below, we will allow you to exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value, or issue you with a gift voucher in the value of your purchase. We do not issue refunds in this situation.
The product must be returned to us within 3 working days of purchase, completely unused and in exactly the same state as when it was sold to you. All packaging must be complete, seals not broken, and any tags not removed.
We do not take back videos, audio tapes, books or software unless they are faulty and returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
Nothing in this statement affects your statutory
rights.
